I'm having this problem too guy. It's not your PC.
I have a Ryzen 5, 2x12gb titan cards sli'd, 64gb ram and 2x2tb ssd's and I get this error message too.
I always get administrator popups every time I run this game, but this problem seems to be on the EA side where the app checks to make sure you've got the neccessary privileges to play the game. If you own it or if you have EA game pass, this crap app is supposed to either allow or block you from running the game if you're not entitled to play it. The thing is, it doesn't always work how it was designed. I find uninstalling and reinstalling works, but that means a hefty download of around 32gb. What we really need is EA to pull their finger out and fix the app so it works 100% of the time and not just 5%
I have the same problem also since few day. Can not find any solution. There was recently no Update for the game so I suspect something else but no idea what it could be.
Edit: Found a solution. Log out of EA Desktop. Close via Task Manager all EA Desktop Processes. Start EA Desktop again and login. The Game should now start.
