C&C Rivals - livegames account is pinned to the top

Good day,

The game has a table ranking the 100 players with highest number of points earned per season. When the season ends the game resets all the players to a lower number.

The account livegames is pinned to the top and never moves out of number 1 as you can see in the screenshot. The medal or points count is also very high making it hard to pass. It is also possible to see that the account was only active at game launch in 2018, it has no games and no other history. It is very likely a development team account.

Could you please help resolve?
