C&C Rivals - please remove the flickering from the graphics

All Tiberium patches and around pads on iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) display a constant glittering/flickering effect as shown in the attached screenshot. This visual glitch makes strategic gameplay difficult as it's challenging to properly assess resource locations during matches.

- This issue ONLY affects iOS devices
- Android versions of the game display Tiberium correctly
- The bug persists across multiple iOS updates and device models
- This has been ongoing for about 6 years without acknowledgment
