C&C Tiberium Sun Receives A Download Error At 99% Please help. once It has downloaded to 99% the download speed will slowly dwindle to 0/mb/s and then a Download Error box will pop up.

What is the error message, exactly? Is there an error code in the message? You can usually google these and immediately find out exactly what the problem is.
There's is no error code in the massage.The download error massage is "The download server is not responding. please give it a few moments and try again. If this problem persist, please contact Origin Help.
Help us improve Origin and submit an error report."
Seems this is an overall Origin issue, not limited to TS.

Do note, Command & Conquer 1, Red Alert 1 and Tiberian Sun are all freeware, and have all been upgraded with community-created unofficial patches that fix a lot of their bugs and compatibility problems. So if you're sick of dealing with Origin... just don't use Origin. You can find them here:

The patches are generally advised, anyway. The 1.06 version of C&C95 comes in patch format too.
