there is a way where you can go into instant chat with a person that will help you with trouble shooting threw EA, cant remember how to do it but yeh it would be under the support//toubleshooting page some where
also when you first installed the game you should have recived a email from EA stateing that you have registered and rah rah rah, provided you used your email adress and that when you first installed the game, if you played it online then i think 100% you should have some sort of email in your inbox there some where, but yeh i think there is a few links threw the email they would have sent you that should help a bit
