I re-downloaded the game today and found that
I realized that EA Apps' RA2(include Yuri) has the Korean language applied. Apparently, the Korean language was not working when the Steam version was released.
I'll try deleting all the games in UC (which should have Korean support) and reinstalling again to check again.
On EA App
RA2 - Korean support
RA2 Yuri - Korean support
Renegade - Korean support
RA3 - No korean support (can not select korean when install) <-- why? same on steam
RA3 uprising - Korean support
Generals - Korean support
Generals ZH - Korean support
C&C3 (can not select korean when install)
C&C4 - korean support but can not execute main game <- idk my pc problem or something, need ask to korean community
All game depots for both the Steam and EA versions of the game are synchronized, so there doesn't seem to be any issues at the moment.
A few days after the Steam version was released, the EA version was updated to the same version, but when I checked at the time, there were no games available in Korean. It appears that the fix was completed while I was inquiring. Those who bought the EA version had to use language patches from the user community for over 10 years.
Currently, only RA3 is missing the Korean language on both EA and Steam, and I would love to be able to communicate this to them so they can fix it.

Strange. As far as I can see, it's impossible to install the expansion without the base game, and on the base game I don't get Korean as listed language. So how do you achieve to get it in the "Uprising" expansion pack?
Do you know if there was an official Korean translation for these games?

- C&C3: Kane's Wrath
- Red Alert 3
