When i run the c&c ultimate collection red alert 2 (it is from Origin). the main menu appears and all of the graphics are fine but, i cant see the mouse if i randomly click around the screen i can c...

Odd issue.
Have you tried changing the compatibility mode as described here?

@hatsjer96 I had the same issue... it may be a long shot, but it was suggested that I disable mouse trails in Windows... Apparently it was easy to miss...
