C&C wont accept key says already used.

I bought the C&C ultimate collection downloaded all games others ive tried seem fine, when it comes to C&C 4 after putting in my email password and selecting a user name it then asks for the registration code, I input the same code I used to download the game and it says already used, am I using the wrong code? should I have received another code for this game?

This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
