C&C Yuri Revenge Isuue

Command & Conquer: Yuri's Revenge (EA version) not starting or switching to full-screen mode on Windows 11 with a Radeon 5500 GPU, despite working on Windows 10, and with CnCNet also failing, 

 

Any thoughts what to do to make the game work?
