New computer...and after 2 years still the same error after installing C&C3 and still no answer at ANSWER(!!!) HQ. So even at my new computer i can't start C&C3 or the Addon. Would anyone from EA please be so kind to care about the problems of their customers (really i had problems with Origings and nearly every EA game i bought).
Problem still there and still no reaction from EA. 😠

Hey, two years ago, you said you fixed it. Do you really expect people to try to help you solve your problem if you said you already solved it?
Also, this board isn't "EA"; most people here, including me, are volunteers. Just players helping other players. If you want actual EA help, go to the actual EA tech support.

2 years ago i didn't fix it, it just resolved from itself. But that can't be the solution to this problem. And as u see above, i'm not the only one with this problem.
And german EA support wants me to post my problems here.

I just tried to contact the EA support in germany. Only 2 options were available: call bakc in 46 minutes or Answer HQ, so i switched to american support and now i'm waiting to get connected to a Game Advisor via Chat. German EA support really sucks. 😠
I hope american support can help me ;-)
