I have the command & conquer Generals PC edition but the CD is damaged. What can I do?
Is there a iso file I can download or something?

@gmuhunter you can use your Origin account to activate your game in your Origin Game Library in order to download the game in your client. To do so, you will need to get the Origin client from our website: www.origin.com/download
You can redeem your code via the web* by going to origin.com/account, logging in, and selecting Redeem Product Code from the left-hand menu. Enter your product code on the Redeem Your Code page and launch the Origin client to start downloading.
Alternatively, head to activate.ea.com, log in to your EA Account and enter your product code on the Redeem Your Code page.

You're wrong; redeeming a code only works for products that are available in the Origin store. C&C: Generals does not exist as product on Origin. It only exists as part of the old Origin Humble Bundle, and The Ultimate Collection.
@Nyerguds is right. Is there no solution to this?
Well, you could try finding the CD images online... technically you do own the game, after all, and from images you'll still need your key to install it. But they'd probably have to be CloneCD images to get the copy protection working right (you can use those with the free Daemon Tools Lite tool). Keep in mind recent Windows updates may interfere with that anyway, since apparently the Safedisc system that Generals uses for its copy protection presents security holes, and in response to that Microsoft has been issuing patches that disable the whole system. In fact, on Windows 10 it's plain impossible to run the CD version; the whole system it uses is simply missing.
If you don't want to deal with all that, you could buy The Ultimate Collection, I guess. Though the Origin version is known to have its share of problems too, it worked well on my (Windows 7 Ultimate Edition, full-rights account) PC with some minor compatibility tweaks.
