CD-Key already in Use Command and Conquer 4 Tiberium Twilight

I have not..I simply can't find anywhere in EA's homepage where to complain og seek help other than here.. 

EA. I would like to have a key that works with my game.. I expect to get a PM or something with that key! Thank you

This is genuinely awful. I have exactly the same problem and EA help is appalling and designed to keep you away from direct contact, if it even exists in my region (Dubai).

The worst thing is that it seems pointless having the key as I bought it through Origin which is in itself a DRM. Then being forced to have an EA account just to access the game you have paid good money for is doubly annoying when I have no interest in being part of a "community"

My next step is to demand my money back and see if that gets me anywhere.

Hello all, i have not played on pc game in years. This game was purchased for me a couple years ago as a birthday present from my brother. i pulled it out to play on it yesterday, it said the key code was already in use. this annoyed me greatly as it is MY game. I cannot remember if i did install it or not when i first got it, i am rather sure I didnt play the game. Either way i am very confused that I own something i cannot use? I remember games had 2 or 3 logins? so that if you bought a new computer your rightful possesions would still be useful on it. I am deeply confused about this situation and now understanding why many of those in the gaming world have a deep hatred for EA, i believe it is begining to well up inside me now. To make it clear i shall bullet point:

1-I Own Command & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight (EA recieved money for this transaction - Producer surplus is positive)

2-I cannot play the game I own (illegal? Had to sign up to EA's systems without wanting to and game still doesnt play - Consumer surplus negative (ABSOLUTE waste of money and time) - Producer surplus positive (no extra money spent on hosting online content etc due to not being able to play the game)

3- Help section is again a waste of time and provides no useful information. 

4-There is no Email to contact to get this problem rectified - Again consumer surplus decreases the feeling that your problem genuinly isnt cared about and that Profit is clearly the first order concern of EA. Then you ponder that maybe they just expanded too fast and do not have the resources to adequetly operate any longer..... any brand loyalty to EA diminishes...

If anyone from EA does read this, try to understand this through the eyes of your customer

If you bought the game from Origin then login with that email address that is on your ORIGIN account not your EA account and the game will work

I bought the Ultimate Collection and couldn't play C&C 4 because it wouldn't take the cd key. Matching the game login to my Origin account worked like a charm

The EA help site was of no use and after a long time searching I never did find an email address or support ticket system. These companies need to learn that forums should be a supplement to support, not a replacement.

for those who fixed the problem by logging into their origin account, let me just say that my origin account is the same as my C&C account.  So i shouldn't have a problem with it right?  It still wont work for me.

I looked for that option. Didn't find it. I keep finding troubleshoting for crashes and black screens.Can I talk to someone real time rather then surf articles all day?

there is no issue resolving the problem on this Page! its doing my head in... can anyone just put somekind of answer of how to resolve the issue, NOT just putting useless Links up..
