Championship loss without game

Occasionally when doing Champions games I would be stuck in the "game starting" screen until the match is lost.
This causes me to drop in the Champions ranking.
Latest occurrence:
Match against LegalizeFreedom around 2:45pm EDT

    Yeah, as a result of this I was not able to get to 130 this championship ☹️ sitting at 110 with 1 match to go, so pissed

    And I would have won the match I got d/c-ed from (at least I think I would)
