I believe you need to open the properties of the game's executable file, and under "compatibility", make sure to disable DPI scaling.

Could you provide some more details? Small screen as in the game is running in a window and you can see your desktop in the background? Or is it a small screen centered and the rest is filled with black?

It is a small screen centered in the middle with black all around it.

I want it to be full screen. Thats all i want.

Option 1:

Open the game config programs and raise your game resolution. (This will make everything smaller)

Option 2:

Open the game config programs and enable stretching. (Game keeps the original look/size 640x400)

Option 3:

Check your graphic card drivers, there should be an option to enable stretching/scaling

I don't know about generals though, but there is for sure a way to change the resolution too
