- ApprovedAnonymous12 years agoGone two weeks now still nothing from EA. Give us a contact person at least!!!! Tell Us what is the problem..... Give us an expected time to when the problem is going to be solved..... I mean honesty do you'll really care???

I work for Magna a global parts supplier for the auto manufacturing industry with billions of dollars in sales annually. When we have any concerns from our customers we handle them in a professional and timely manor to keep our customers satisfied to the fullest to insure that we maintain their present and future business needs if we didn't we would loose them as a customer . EA do you realize how unprofessional and untimely you have been with the C&C4 not able to host issue? perhaps you are looking to loose 100's if not thousands of future sales by how you have handled this problem. Also I would like to add that maybe some legal action should be taken against your company for fraudulently selling said game in the open market place knowing full well that there is an issue with the game at present . All that we ask is to FIX!!! the issue or if it can't be fixed at least let the C&C4 community know what is going on so we can move on with or without C&C4 . from : {acme}smid a once loyal customer for the last 16 years
