So far I have put in four help tickets and every single one of them get closed. I asked why theya re getting closed if issue isn't resolved and get a run around.. if your not going to repair the game or even post an update then why not reimburse us for a game that isn't playable yet you are still selling.
EA Come on, its not that difficult. Let us know what is going on, this is incredibly unprofessional. The customer is always right etc.
