CNCGZH gets stuck at 82% error
I am trying to install Command and conquer generals zero hour on the EA Launcher but it keeps getting stuck at 82% then it says Installation error.

@NyergudsShouldn't users be able to fix this themselves by running the DirectX Redist (June 2010) installer package to update the D3D9-related files correctly? It also seems weird if what GenPatcher says is true, as I manually updated this to the very latest version and totally don't encounter this issue, double-checked just now. @JoaoSprone Did GenPatcher indeed fix your install issue?
@mrtnptrs Well, it might not work if the app misinterprets the result it gets back when checking for DirectX being installed.
@NyergudsBut then I'm quite curious why it would misinterpret the results of the installer only on the system of this person. This makes me think that either something goes extremely wrong with the DX-files install or that the actual cause might be something completely different.
Edit: btw, saw earlier today quite some posts mentioning this. It is weird, hopefully we can find a solution 🙂
