cncnet online gameplay problem

i have a laptop, dell, inspiron 13 7000 series, windows 10,intel corei7,the one that comes with 260GB memory, and my antivirus is the 2016 kaspersky. i got the ultimate collection of c&c from origin. downloaded yuris revenge. patched it with the ddwrapper.zip. changed the forcedirectdrawemulation to =1. then went to cncnet and downloaded the yuris revenge thing to play online and get new maps.( i had to disable my antivirus for a sec., i downloaded it(cncnet yuris),  and then put it in the exclusions and then reopen my antivirus) , i also overwrote the old yuris revenge( i didnt save a copy), it palys good at first but after a while it starts to do weird things. i dont tink it has to do with not saving a copy of the old yuris because i tried it and it does the same thing.

1.) after i click 'im ready' to launch the game online, the screen doesnt go to the loading screen but instead it 'hicups' like it wants to go to the loading screen but it just returns me to the game room. and when i click im ready again it say the players are still playing.  

2.) while playing a game online, the screen will suddenly freeze and i cant move anyhting not even the mouse. but i can hear things are still happening in the game and i can still type messeges. i stil have the game window but it opens the laptop home screen with the resolution of the game. 

3.) while playing in game of certain maps in skirmish (by myself ) of the cncnet itll suddenly do the same hiccup thing and return me to the game room, (the screen shuts off and turns on in the game room.)  

4.) when i restart the laptop and open cncnet to play the game it has nosound. I have to shut down the laptop and turn it back on so that the sound comes back.

if you have any tips for a solution to any of 1-4 or possible reasons for this i appreciate it. 

ive tried the following that sometimes work but not always and the solution is not permanent since the game eventually does the same thing (1-4):

1.) i close the antivirus and turn it back on 

2.) i re-add cncnet in the exclusions section of the antivirus ( i already have cncnet in the exclusions but for some reason have to re-add it so that now there are two of the same file)

i suspect it has to do with the antivirus, but in the ' manage applications' section of the antivirus it has a lot of files and im not sure which one to put as trusted. if anyone knows ay help is appreciated.
