Comand & Conquer red alert 3 on origin won't let me use mods what can i do

I am unable to use mods due to the way the game launches, and i need a workaround or somthing, because that is the soul reson i boght the Comand & Conquer 17 game bundle, or i need to know how i can gat a refund and get the steam version instead. because the game is usless to me if i cant mod it for i have already played the original content though to much.
