Add game manuals for Command & Conquer: The Ultimate Collection games on Steam

Please add game manuals for all the  Command & Conquer: The Ultimate Collection games on Steam. Steam supports opening PDF game manuals from the Steam client without having to download the game. Link for viewing manuals is also added to the Steam store page.

Most Command & Conquer games that were sold before The Ultimate Collection was added to Steam already have Manuals on Steam, but none of the games added to the Ultimate Collection release have these manuals set up. The games added with Ultimate Collection do include the game manual in the game files once they are downloaded, but I would like to see the option for viewing the manual without having to download the game, added to these games as well.
