@mingchiek Wait, for me the game just launches when you press "yes" when that "admin privileges screen" appears. It thus doesn't for you all? What happens for you when you click on "Yes"? That message is just a silly thing since the EA App launched.
So, what is actually the exact issue you are encountering? How exactly is the game not launching for you and with what symptoms and what games? Are you sure you aren't actually talking about the EA App itself not launching at all?
Regarding what you all tried or were advised:
-Hardly think DNS flushing is gonna help; the CnC games themselves are not dependent on an internet connection, although the EA App is, but then still hardly think it will help.
