Command & Conquer: Generals. Early access.

Hi.
I have a big question.
I bought the ultimate collection and it says i will get early access for the upcoming new generals.
Where is my early access? Or I will get it later (game isn't released?).
And at last, I have a game what named command & conquer the ultimate collection etc etc.
When I try to launch it, it won't open. This will be the new Generals?
