Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2

I have a copy of Command and Conquer: Red Alert 2, but my laptop doesn't have a CD drive. I tried putting the setup files on a flash drive, but an error keeps coming up saying, "Please insert the correct CD-ROM." Is there any way around this? Or can I not install C&C on my laptop?

Also, on a side note, I lost the CD case to the game, so I don't have the CD-key. Is there any way I can recover it?
