Command & Conquer The First Decade file corrupt can i get a replacemnt file

I have Comman & conquer the first decade, when asked to choose a product i can never find that particular option. anyways i have a corrupt file it makes it so i cannot play red alert 2 the file is data8.cab. can i get a replacement file what can i do to fix it or any other tips/advice, were to go to get better help anything to allow me to play this great game. i still have reg codes.
