Command & Conquer Ultimate pack German language to English language

Accidentally bought Command & Conquer Ultimate pack German version. Googled and got information that it cannot be changed unless new game is bought, so i went and bought EA Play and assumed that i could use English version but seems like it did not work.

Is it possible for this to work or is there some way to remove the German version of the game from the EA library and pretend it never happened?

I do not live in Germany or speak German. German version was bought from third party seller.
