command and conqer red alert 2 Fatal string manager failed to intialize properly

Every time I try to Launch command and Conquer: Red Alert 2 and yuris revenge I keep getting a message that says ***Fatal*** string manager failed to initialize properly can this be fixed

@wranglerobgyn What Windows version are your using thus? 7, 8, 10, 11 etc. And all recording programs and overlays are thus fully disabled before starting the game? And you thus get the exact "***FATAL*** String Manager Failed to Initialize Properly" mentioned above?

I have windows 11. And the compatibility goes up to windows 8.

    in summary:

    I have Windows 11/ Acer laptop. I have changes all "application" files to run as administrator....still getting the Fatal message. This is disappointing. I dont know any other way to get RA2 to open. What am i doing wrong or what do i need to do???

      @wranglerobgyn But I have one other solution that could possibly help; set the main executable to compatibility mode "Windows 98/ME", that should likely fix your issue. If you don't know how to do this, Google "compatibility mode" and you should be alright 🙂 Let me know if it helped.
