Command and Conquer 1 & Red Alert 1 showing strange colors

Has there been a fix to the strange colors that show up when playing C&C 1 or RA1 in Windows 7 64bit? Those are the only two games that have an issue with the color when playing the game and while watching the movies. It is multiple colors that show up.

Update: Sorry, did not see the *read first post* before posting. Will try those suggestions first.
