Command and Conquer 4 disable cloud sync is not working on origin.

I'm trying to play game but as soon as I open origin and click on play, it says "sync cloud data" and keep on doing that and return with an error all the time. Now once I started playing game, I sometimes gets disconnected although my internet connection is perfect. I'm wondering how to disable cloud sync completely as there are lots of problem playing Command and Conquer 4 with so much interruption.
