command and conquer 4 login issues

Hi, having C&C 4 Tiberian twilight. Log in screen pop up, however after putting correct and same username and pass as by EA account, mistake message popping up "general system error".  Not sure how...

I can login using my EA account. Then select my user from years ago. Then the game starts. Then I have to login again. It keeps saying the login I just used is not valid.

I deleted it on Steam an installed using the EA app. Same issue. First login works. Second login password error.

My EA support ticket is closed without an answer and I can't start a chat with support for some reason.

    How can I read EA support? I can only find the stupid chat bot.
