command and conquer 4 lost entire game save due to update nonsense

Hi i will be suggesting for EA to put back the origin as this nonsense just every time is update make things worst.

i tried to play command and conquer and today i tried to open the game and the ea app given update notice on the game i pressed update and my game save was on my laptop all that gone now  i also see the warnings that if i used the game on other devices that i not used only on my one where i played will lead to game loss.

so the ea update finished the game launched and got the welcome message from the game where i had to enter my name again.

my question is why we have this? why the world is run by lunatics ??????

why if something works OK the developers get itchy hand to crew up working piece with a new nonsense..

my last 20 year i bought so many games and also i am a collector but thanks to EA all my products that has origin cannot be installed from the DVD so i have to download it again.

not talking about small games but like mass effect trilogy where the download can take up to few hours where from the DVDs was much more faster.

so i wrote this issue also to ea where one of their guy agreed with me..

i think our future will be on monthly payments like Microsoft did the office with they 365 money grab continuation.

i stopped buying from u bi soft steam and also from EA use to be west wood the good old times ... 

even accepted the fact that OK i will download the games so i can play it from the laptop but not this this is just too much.

nothing make sense when you play a game and one day you loose the whole due to update.

this is for EA developers as i am also a programmer and i learned this from some old folks 

!!!!!!!! IF THE SOFTWARE WORKS LEAVE IT THAT WAY DON'T MAKE CHANGES UNLESS YOU ADD ON MORE WHERE YOU TEST IT BEFORE YOU MAKE DISASTER!!!!!!!!

!!!!!!even who wrote this content management system was out of idea where you cannot write down the name of the game companies due to spell check as their name are not in the library.!!!!

if anyone has idea what to do i will be full of ears
