    Thanks for your help EA. Now i can play it because, i reinstall my windows.

    But sometimes it has general system error. Do you know why it become this error ?

Hi,

Your video drivers are a bit out of date, so perhaps updating is a good idea. However, I don't think that's the source of the issue. As a first step, try repairing the install. Right click on the game tile in Origin and choose to Repair Install. If the issue persists after this, try restarting your machine with a Clean Boot. This is in case some 3rd party program is interfering.
