    Thanks for your help EA. Now i can play it because, i reinstall my windows.

    But sometimes it has general system error. Do you know why it become this error ?

    Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. Can you open your reliability monitor and check if there's a reference to a CncLauncherUpdate.exe, Cnc4.exe or CNC4game.exe crash? If so, can you post the details?
