command and conquer collection and windows 10 issues

i have the command and conquer collection and i have most games installed on my computer, c&c3 with expansion do not work on windows 10 at all, it fails to even load the game at all, keeps crashing at splash screen, generals with expansion wont scale to 1920x1080, those are the ones i played most, i have not been able to enjoy my games since windows 10, is there a patch coming out to fix these issues? i tried doing to live chat for help but after 30 mins and 5 attempts with and average wait time of 30mins to a hour i gave up, someone please respond soon so i can get some help.
