Command and Conquer Generals 2 - Pre-authorization charge

Hi,

This may be an issue thats already been addressed, however i could not find it in my searches and so im asking.

I preordered Generals 2 and the "pre-authorization" chqarge was deducted from my bank account. I have no quams about that. However when the game was subsequently cancelled, there was no reversal for this charge. I have contacted EA help twice now and both times they keep informing me that the money will be added back to my account automatically. Its been 2 months now since i first contacted EA help and yet i see no action on the pre-authorization charge reversal.

Can anyone help in this regard?
