Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Play Button Greyed Out

For some reason I can't play the game as the play button is not working .  Its greyed out.  I have two other games currently in origin and they are fine. How can this be fixed so I can enjoy the gam...

I've just built a new system (Win 8.1 64 bit / i7 cpu) and done a fresh install of everything, and still get this problem.  Can't get past the 'Generals or Generals Zero Hour' screen.

Is there a way to get in contact with some official support channel?

This has been a constant problem after ORIGIN updated!!!  I keep reinstalling and works a couple of time, then "grey's out" when I try it again.  Very frustrating.
