Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Play Button Greyed Out

For some reason I can't play the game as the play button is not working . Its greyed out. I have two other games currently in origin and they are fine. How can this be fixed so I can enjoy the gam...

Had a support chat with EA and ran through a few options (although I wasn't confident as my issue was on a fresh build). None of the steps helped. They said there is no 'studio team' for this product anymore, and seemed to suggest there was basically no hope. They gave me a choice from a limited selection of games as compensation.

So I guess that's that ☹️

Anyone had any luck?
