Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour
When i load command and conquer ultimate collection gerenrals /zero hour the resolution choices are to zoomed in is there a fix for that?

In Generals, the actual ingame zoom level is unrelated to your screen resolution. I'm not sure what you mean with "zoomed". Does your monitor not stretch the game content to full screen as it should?
If so, you should go to your graphics card options (ATI catalyst control centre / NVidia Control Panel / ...) and find options related to stretching things to full screen.
You can manually edit the resolution in the game's settings file, which is a file called "options.ini", which should be in a folder called "Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data" inside your "My Documents" folder. Open the options.ini file in notepad and find a line starting with "Resolution".
