command and conquer generals zero hour

I was until last week, able to add unofficial maps to my maps file (command and conquer generals zero hour) via documents and remove maps from the maps file if I did not like the map.   

Now I have the official maps in both the official maps and unofficial maps.   Also in the unofficial maps are a bunch of maps with no real names just coded names such as "md_gla01.map".   I cannot find the maps folder anywhere or the individual maps themselves.   

Anybody know where the maps folder is in Origin?  Like I stated the map folder worked until last week Jun 10 2020.  I play mostly skirmishes against the computer AI so I like to see what is out there and insert maps and take out maps as too many maps in folder will crash the game so one of the C & C forums said.   

I also have C & C The first decade, but the disc stays in my desktop computer upstairs.   I got the ultimate collection because of some of the games that were not in the first decade.and I play all them through origin on my laptop offline while my wife watches all her shows (I am retired).  I spoke to a computer tech friend and he said all the attempts to find the maps I did was all the right stuff to normally do.
