I am trying to use my redeem code to play Command and Conquer. It respond with a, it has been used already. I want to play the game on my new computer. how do I get it to work?
You shouldn't have to redeem the code again just because you're on a new computer. Simply log in with your same Origin account and the games should appear in your games list. Then just install them there and play them.
