command and conquer red alert 2 keeps crashing. can anyone help?
It freezes on the screen and stops responding. I have a new windows 10 hp pavilion. any help appreciated

The graphics system patch DDWrapper is known to solve a bunch of graphics issues. You could see if it helps you in any way; might make the game more stable.
Download the zip file and extract "ddraw.dll" and "aqrit.cfg" into your game folder. Then, open the configuration file "aqrit.cfg" in Notepad, change the "ForceDirectDrawEmulation" option to 1, save the file, and start the game again.
