I got this game when it was on the house. When I try running it, it runs fine but it runs 2 to 3 times faster than the original game. I have disabled the origin in game client, I have run it in compatibility mode and as an admin and it still happens. There is no in game speed options either.
Can anyone help me?

The graphics system patch DDWrapper is known to solve some graphics issues on RA2. You could try that.
Download the zip file and extract "ddraw.dll" and "aqrit.cfg" into your game folder. Then, open the configuration file "aqrit.cfg" in Notepad, change the "ForceDirectDrawEmulation" option to 1, save the file, and the game should work.
Alternatively, you could try downloading CnCNet online which fixes the compatibility problems for you.
