Command and Conquer "Red Alert" compataibility issues with Windows 10

After upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10 (Home Edition), Command & Conquer "Red Alert" via Origin loads but does not scroll properly and the cursor steps causing the game/s to be unplayable. I have tried...
