Command And Conquer refuses to play

Hello. So today I just got Command And Conquer Ultimate Editition. Ive installed currently the Generals and Zero Hour game, since thats what i wanted to play the most.

I start up the game using the shortcut and I get a screen with 3 buttons, One to start Generals, One to start Zero Hour, and One to watch the Credits. I click on the Zero Hour one, Nothing happens, Double Click it, Nothing happens, Click on the generals, Nothing happens. I click on the Credits, and it pops up. I proceed to go into Origin and try to launch the game from there. Still get the same thing.

I restart my computer, Same thing.Run the computer in safe mode (was just curious), same thing. I run the game directly without using shortcut, guess what, Same Thing. Wont let me surpass that initial selecting screen.

Heres the list of stuff I have currently done:

Restart computer, Uninstall Origin, Uninstall the game, Delete Games starting exe file, Run computer in safe mode, Disabled all firewalls, changed some of my computer settings, reduced screen resolution, ran everything in administrator, and some other minor stuff.

Please Help. This is one of my favorite games of all time.
