It's not just one particular game format it"s the entire game file. It does not show up in my downloaded games list on Origin.
Please don't hijack existing topics; your issue might very well be a completely different one than that of the original asker.
Did you successfully redeem the code? If so, you'd better contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
