Command and Conquer Renegade resolution

How are you supposed to change the resolution since i dont have a options.ini file because this is all done through Origin?

In game, under video options, you get the message "These settings cannot be change while the game is running. To configure your video options, please run the Renegade configuration utility."

There is no such configurtion utility option through Origin.

Can anyone help me so i can change these vital resolution options? i hope i didn't waste money buying this online package of games and not even being able to change settings...

    I have solution:

    1.

Go to folder Command"Conquer Renegade were installed (Default: "C:" >> "Program Files (x86)" or "Program Files" (depending 32- or 64-bit OS) >> Origin Games >> Renegade

    2.

Find "WWConfig.exe" right-click it and select "Run as admin"

    3.

If security box asks "Run program?." click yes

    4.

On first tab set resolution where you want AND THEN SIMPLY SAVE (CTRL + S), remember do this on video tab, otherwise it wont work correctly

    (5. optional)

You may want to change detail of game so select "Performance" Tab and set "Detail" to "High"

Click on expert mode if you are friendly enough with graphics settings

TIP: Fastest way to find WWConfig.exe on Windows Vista or 7 is simply searching for it from start menu.

    Have fun playing HD :DD

Find the directory where the game is installed and see if there's a config tool or a .ini file there.
