Command and Conquer: Renegade

Hello everybody,

recently i've purchased Command and Conquer the ultimate collection and I've been trying to play C&C: Renegade online. I created a XWIS account and everything's okay so far. Then I receive the server lists, nothing wrong so far. But now I try to join a game, and each and everytime I want to join a game I get this lame crash coming up:

For the record, im trying to connect from the Netherlands. I really do not have any clue as to what the problem is, for I have tried many solutions posted on many sites about many problems. For that reason I decided to ask it here.

I'd really love to hear a solution to this problem, so I can finally play this game.
