Command and Conquer Rivals - network performance issues

Hello EA

Players in Germany, Holland and Brazil are reporting connectivity issues on Wi-Fi, 4G and 5G. It gets worse during the weekly races.

What solutions can be implemented to resolve?

@Rivalseire Ok, have no personal experiences with that game, but can you please answer my other questions I asked in my previous post? Also, please describe the issue in much more detail, what phone you are using and please attach a screenshot of the error/message you are getting from the game.

@Rivalseire Uhhhhhh, lol. This is a forum about Command & Conquer games. Nobody here provides support for problems with your own internet/ISP. If your internet is that bad, we sadly can't help you. Or do you really suspect that it is the game's server themselves being very unstable? Additionally, "weekly races"?; there are really no races in any CnC games. Also, how do you know the status in so many very different countries? XD

Hi sorry for the delay. The game lags for players in Brazil mostly and for some others in Europe. The store app needs to be updated, last time was early 2019 but EA doesn't seem invested in improving/fix these issues anymore, so I will close this topic. Thanks
