Command and Conquer: The First decade with windows 7

ok well that is not the Exact product... the product being Command and Conquer: the first decade..... it is half way communicating with windows 7... though it is a XP based game... how can I switch it to where I can play the games on this CD. Thank you for your consideration and help on this issue..
