Cannot get yuri's revenge to load.... I have removed and reinstalled as well as returned the game and installed new... please assist

Reinstall the game as an administrator by right clicking on setup.exe and selecting "run as an administrator". Then every time you run the game right click on the launcher and run it as an admin.
