Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun Main Menu screen not working

C&C Tiberian Sun from the Ultimate Collection pack wont let me use the main menu. I click on any of the items and the menu freezes until I hit the Escape key. The other parts of the pack, C&C, Red Al...

@Stripe6499 Hey, are you running Tiberian Sun in any compatibility mode? If not, can you try Windows XP Service Pack 3 compatibility mode?
